To start off, there’s nothing else I could possibly say to thank Emilio and his team, especially Michelle. Earlier this week, I bought a truck, and on that same day, my insurance company was giving me a difficult time getting my new vehicle insured. I was speechless and truly upset by the lack of assistance my own insurance company was able to give me after being with them for 10 years. I was in a bit of a time crunch because the bank was closing, and I still had to drive back to the dealership. At that point, I called Emilio hoping to get signed up with State Farm. Honestly, it felt like a long shot, and I was starting to think that driving home in my new truck that day wasn’t going to happen. When Michelle answered the phone, I immediately felt like I was talking to someone who genuinely wanted to help,not someone trying to sell me something or push services on me. I explained my situation, and she not only listened, but went above and beyond to help me get everything resolved. Even after closing time, Michelle stayed late to make sure my coverage issue was taken care of. Keep in mind, she had never met me, and I had never even had coverage through State Farm before. That level of professionalism, patience, and understanding cannot be overstated. I am incredibly grateful for the time and effort Michelle put into helping me, especially when I was already stressed and running out of options. Not to mention after resolving my issue, Emilio called me to double check and ensure all my needs were met. Thank you so much to Emilio, Michelle, and the entire team. You have truly earned my business and my highest recommendation. This was without a doubt the best customer service I have ever been given.
