1. Welcome and approval of the agenda and minutes from the June 23, 2026, Planning Board Meeting.

2. Election of Officers for 2026-2027

3. Conduct a courtesy hearing and make a recommendation to City Council for rezoning case ZC26-12 Turnersburg Hwy (Fourth Crescent Pl) Properties.
