Notice is hereby given that the Statesville City Council Utilities Committee will hold a meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 3:30 p.m., at Statesville City Hall, 227 South Center Street.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider entering into closed session to consult with the City Attorney regarding a matter protected by attorney-client privilege, pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 143-318.11(a)(3).

A quorum of the Statesville City Council may be in attendance.
