A. Consider approving the October 1 Special Meeting Minutes, October 1 Pre-Agenda Meeting Minutes and October 5, 2026, Regular Meeting Minutes. (E. Campbell)

B. Consider approving a letter of match commitment for the following transportation projects to the CRTPO Discretionary Grants 2026 Call for Projects. (Weeks)

C. Consider approving Budget Amendment #2027-08 to accept the annual Non-Primary Entitlement Grant from the FAA in the amount of $150,000. (Ferguson)

D. Consider approving Work Authorization #31 in the amount of $616,868.00 from Parrish and Partners for professional, testing, and architectural services in the construction of a hangar for Victory Air. (Ferguson)

E. Consider passing the second reading of the rezoning request ZC26-12 Turnersburg Hwy for an approximately 1-acre site located along Turnersburg Highway between Cowan Lane and 4th Crescent Place to rezone from R-5 to B-4 zoning district. (Kirkendall)

F. Consider passing the second reading of the annexation request AX26-11 under the ownership of Free Nancy LLC, James H. Pressley, and David L. Pressly for a 1.8 acre site located along Turnersburg Highway and 4th Crescent Place. (Kirkendall)
