The City of Statesville extends its sincerest gratitude to all residents and City employees for their support during the February Canned Food Drive.

Throughout February, both residents and City employees joined together to donate non-perishable food items to help our neighbors facing food insecurity. These donations played a crucial role in making the drive a success, highlighting the unity and compassion within our community.

The donations collected during the Canned Food Drive have been sent to Yokefellow Ministries, where they will be distributed to individuals and families in need throughout the community.

"We are deeply grateful to our residents and City employees for their generosity during the February Canned Food Drive," said Statesville Mayor, Costi Kutteh. "Your kindness has made a tangible difference in the lives of others, and I’m proud to be part of such a compassionate community."

This effort reflects our collective commitment to supporting the most vulnerable among us, showcasing the true spirit of Statesville.

Together, we're building a stronger, more resilient community for everyone.
