TA23-10 Text Amendments to the Unified Development Code filed by David Reese on behalf of D&D Machine Works, Inc., to amend Article 3 Zoning, Section 3.04 Zoning District Regulations; Table 3-1 Use Matrix; Article 5 Supplemental Regulations, Section 5.04 Primary Uses and Structures; Article 9 Definitions, Section 9.02 Definitions; to address outdoor recreation activities used in conjunction with a gym or fitness center.

ZC23-07 Marble Road, Tax Map Parcel # 4725-21-2483; Rezoning request filed by Mr. Joseph Hyde (applicant), on behalf of Stanley Bost (owner) is requesting the rezoning of property that is located between U.S. Highway 64 and Island Ford Road, Statesville, NC; a 12.79-acre parcel of property, from R-A (Residential Agricultural District) to LI (Light Industrial District) in order to allow the construction of a cabinet making business.

ZC23-08 Clayton Homes, Tax Map Parcel # 4753-99-3612; Rezoning request initiated by The City of Statesville (applicant) on behalf of Clayton Homes (owner) is requesting the rezoning of property that is located at 413 Twin Oaks Road, Statesville, NC; from Iredell County R-A (Residential Agricultural) to City of Statesville R-A (Residential Agricultural) due to the property being annexed into the City of Statesville.

ZC23-10 Ms. Josephine Sells 2313 West Front Street, Tax Map Parcel #4724-87-4652; Rezoning request is being initiated by Ms. Edith Burgin (applicant), on behalf of Josephine Sells (owner) is requesting the rezoning of property that is located at 2313 West Front Street, Statesville, NC; a 4.42-acre parcel of property, from B-4 (Highway Business) District to LI (Light Industrial) District in order to allow the existing buildings to be used for manufacturing.
  7. ZC23-11 Arey Road,Tax Map Parcel 4723-93-4307; proposal tiled by Eddie Moore of McAdams Company (applicant), on behalf of Kestler Granville Grant, LLC. (owners), is requesting to rezone a 75.23-acre parcel of property from Iredell County R-20 (Single Family Residential) District to City of Statesville R-8 Cluster CZ to provide a proposed single-family residential development utilizing the Cluster Subdivision development pattern.

ZC23-12 NC Park 40/77, Tax Map Parcel #4756-00-8969 (portion); Rezoning request is being initiated by Christina Hubacek with North Point Development (applicant), on behalf of NP BGO NC Park Statesville, LLC (owner) is requesting the rezoning of property that is located on Crawford Road, between Odessa Drive and Brookview Road, Statesville, NC; a 1.504-acre parcel portion, from Iredell County M-1 (Light Manufacturing) District to City of Statesville LI (Light Industrial) District as it is part of a larger tract used for the Northpoint industrial business park. This is part of a land swap.
