Customer Service Representative

Hiring Customer Service Representative (CSR) for busy animal hospital. Experience preferred. Some Saturdays and/or Sundays. Must be detail-oriented. Ability to multi-task is a plus! CSRs are responsible for providing customer service, scheduling appointments, making reminder calls, retail sales and marketing, cleaning checklist, record keeping and monitoring, client communications - both verbal and written. Must have knowledge of patient care and triage basics. Teamwork is essential!  All AHS employees are expected to contribute positively to the client “experience”. Our core values include: 1.
