Guest Services Assistant (GSA)

Hiring Full- or Part-time Guest Services Technicians (GSTs)/Kennel Assistants for busy animal hospital.  Experience preferred. High School diploma or GED required.  Duties include invoicing charges, giving service estimates, computer and phone skills. Must be capable of communicating with clients using good verbal and written communication skills. GSTs are self-motivated and detail-oriented. They are responsible for feeding, watering, exercising, medicating and giving loving attention to our boarding dogs and cats. Cleaning kennels and cat condos and all areas of Resort & Spa facility is required. Good observation skills are necessary to report any pets’ feeding, health, activity or behavior changes to our technicians and doctors.  GSTs also bathe and perform basic grooming for our guests.  Our core values include: 1.
