We always want the best for our community. Our mission to improve Iredell County would be impossible without the voice of its community members.  That’s why we are asking for your help in completing our 2023 Iredell County Community Health Assessment survey.

The 2023 Iredell County Community Health Assessment will provide information about the community’s current health status, needs, and issues. In turn, this information can help with developing a community health improvement plan by justifying how and where resources should be allocated to best meet community needs.
