Americans with Disabilities Survey

 The City of Statesville is currently in the process of developing an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan in order to ensure accessibility compliance for all residents under Title II of the ADA. We are seeking your input as it pertains to your organization. The City has created an online survey and we greatly appreciate your participation in this important process. Also, please feel free to provide any additional information you think may be relevant to the City’s ADA transition planning process, a comprehensive review and analysis of all City-owned and publicly accessible programs, services, facilities, and activities.
