NCDHHS: Windmills Lunch & Learn session: Reasonable Accommodations - Open to the Public
We are excited to be hosting our next quarterly Windmills Lunch & Learn session to the public virtually on Tuesday, May 13th (11:00-12:00) entitled Reasonable Accommodations. This is one of our top requested disability awareness trainings. We have seen an increase in requests for accommodations on the job to help the client maintain employment as a valuable member of the employer’s team!
In this interactive exercise you will be asked to evaluate the potential needs of persons with disabilities and to formulate possible creative solutions. You will learn the interactive communication process to develop reasonable accommodations and amazing FREE resources available to you.
We hope these sessions will be an opportunity for individuals and employers in your community to connect with us and see the value of inclusion as well as how it can power innovation and productivity in the workplace. Please register for the event at the link listed below and share this email with any partners or agencies in your communities as well as your family and friends!
