Piedmont HealthCare Gains New OB/GYN, Dr. Susan Lee, at Statesville Location

December 12, 2023 (Statesville, NC) – Piedmont HealthCare is excited to welcome the newest member of the OB/GYN team in Statesville, Dr. Susan Lee. Dr. Lee will be joining tenured physicians, Dr. Margot, Wacks, Dr. Jennifer Parker, Dr. Jamila Wade, Dr. Brandi Kennedy, and Dr. Mariana Ellington.

Dr. Susan Lee, originally from the Hickory, North Carolina region, completed her undergraduate studies at Chapel Hill, earning a bachelor's degree in nursing. She pursued her medical education at the University of Minnesota, followed by a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Morehouse School of Medicine. Dr. Lee will be offering comprehensive women's health services at PHC OB/GYN, encompassing reproductive health and family planning. She will be joining Dr. Parker, Dr. Wacks, and Dr. Ellington in performing robotic-assisted surgery for their patients. This cutting-edge approach not only ensures minimally invasive procedures but also promotes a quicker and more comfortable recovery journey for each woman in PHC OB/GYN’s care.
