They were not my normal vet but my dog ended up with an issue and she needed to be seen and the only vet I truly trust is 2 hours from me due to my move so as I was driving by I stopped, explained the issue and the happily seen her right away. They were friendly and curious at the front desk. The techs were the same way. The vet was amazing. She understood my concerns and answered all my questions with respect and made sure I understood. I had another vet locally that I was taking my dog to but this will be my new home vet. They did a test for me that another vet told me no to because it was not needed and they gave me flea and heart worm meds that I requested that the other vet would not give me. It is very important to me to be able to receive the services I want. I had them transfer my vet records to their office. The old vet never even asked my dogs name.
