chad arrived on time and had all the tools and supplies necessary for the 5 jobs to be completed. he walked around first and provided a written estimate before he began work. one of the jobs required improving upon the work done by previous workers and he did what was necessary to achieve proper installation. at each step, he checked with me for approval to make sure I was satisfied before moving on. thanks chad its great to know there is someone I can count on for reliability & quality.
