Chad was awesome. He was on time and kept updating me at regular intervals about his arrival, which gave me lots of confidence and helped me prepare better. First day, we discovered that one of my TV mounts was not compatible with my TV and instead of doing one and not the other, he immediately and respectfully opted to go service another customer and address mine the next day, giving me enough time to get to the store and pick up a compatible one. The best part was that I had to message him late at night with a link and image of the options I saw at the store and his stamp of approval on the one I should get helped me make the right decision. Next day he kept me informed once again about his arrival and once he showed up, he didn't waste time to jump on the work, which I can attest was clean. He hung both TVs and installed the cable management in-wall kit and I am satisfied with how everything looks. I recommend them for any work you need done and his attention to details will amaze you.
