Chad did an excellent job of a bathroom tub drain leak repair. The drain is for the upstairs bathtub and created a stain / discolored spot on the living room ceiling. Chad's communication leading up to repair day was very much appreciated. He was open and forthcoming when there was an unforeseen schedule adjustment. When he arrived, he was professional and well equipped to handle the project. He draped drop clothes to assist in minimizing dust / debris as he had to cut into the ceiling. The work was accomplished quickly and efficiently. The ceiling was closed back up and he was done in a few hours. Excellent workmanship, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend Chad.
