Chad was great. Very thorough and it’s obvious he’s skilled at what he does. I needed a light fixture moved to a different area on my ceiling, which involved moving, new electric and then patching drywall. Was no issue for him. Most importantly, he was fair and easy going. With the many skills he has, will definitely utilize for the future projects that I have.
