Statesville, NC / Troutman NC Chad answered immediately on a Saturday. I was having a/c electrical issues due to a recent power failure. He walked me through several different procedures over the phone on several different occasions. Everything from possible expired batteries, panel issues, GFCI resets to bad power outlets. He did this over the phone at no charge. I actually learned a lot and best of all he even followed up to make sure his suggestions worked. It took me almost 8 hours to get it sorted out.
