Statesville Housing Authority is centrally located in Iredell County, at 110 West Allison Street, Statesville, North Carolina, and was established in 1968 to provide low income citizens with safe, clean, and affordable housing. Statesville Housing Authority is responsible for the administration of public housing, housing assistance payments, and other related programs.
SHA provides more than a physical structure for its residents. We collaborate with several public agencies and private organizations to provide a wide array of support services for residents, enabling them to become productive and self-sufficient citizens.
