Carol was so warm, kind and helpful. She made me comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. I was only there for an eyebrow wax but she made me feel just as important as other clients who would be spending much more. When I told her I had used Retin-A two days prior, she explained how waxing could cause skin damage so she did a patch test first before we proceeded. I appreciated her taking extra steps to make sure I had the best experience. She took her time with my brows and they looked great. I will definitely be back!
