We took a couple of the recommendations of the waitress. My wife had the pimento burger and I had the smokehouse ribeye sandwich. Ironically my wife is not a big burger eater and I’m not a steak guy. So I really regretted my order when this huge slab of steak on a roll showed up. Lots of good stuff on the sandwich but I was anticipating a gristle nightmare. Wrong! Gristle free, tender and delicious. I was really surprised, and my wife said her burger was very good. Highly recommend, at least for what we had or similar red meat options.
