When Minutes Matter: Emergency Response at TJL

Emergency calls answered or returned within 30 minutes.
A TJL team member onsite within 90 minutes.
Clients should contact their Account Manager first. If there is no response within 30 minutes, the emergency line or leadership may be contacted.
When you call, please have the following information ready to help expedite service: the property name, the address and cross streets, the exact location of the issue on the property, the urgency level, and a detailed description of the situation. This might include the number of trees involved, whether sidewalks or roads are blocked, whether water is flowing from irrigation, injuries, or structural damage. The more we know upfront, the faster and more accurately we can respond.
After we respond, the individual who reported the issue receives a confirmation call. The next day, our Account Manager follows up with an explanation of what occurred and sends a Work Order proposal for approval.
This level of responsiveness protects your landscape and your peace of mind.
