How to Join: Participating in our Day Trips is easy! Simply sign up through our online registration link below. Our trips are designed to be hassle-free, allowing you to focus on enjoying the experience and building connections with fellow participants.

Explore the natural beauty of Moses Cone and Price Park, and enjoy shopping at the Shoppes on Parkway in Blowing Rock, NC. Please bring a picnic lunch to enjoy at Price Park. We’ll depart from the Statesville Fitness & Activity Center at 8:30 AM and return by 5:00 PM.
