NASCAR Race Hub Gives Back in Honor of Veterans Day

In honor of Veterans Day, the NASCAR Race Hub team joined forces with Purple Heart Homes to build a wheelchair-accessible ramp and deck for Marine Corps veteran Jason Thompson in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Thompson, who served from 1986 to 1999, said the new addition will ease life not only for him but also for his wheelchair-bound mother-in-law. With FOX Sports hosts and analysts lending a hand, the project highlights how even simple home improvements can have a huge impact on veterans' daily lives.
