Hello Statesville!

🏢 City offices and facilities, including the Statesville Recreation Center and Bentley Community Center, will be closed tomorrow (01/19/26) in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

🗑️ Due to the holiday, Monday residential sanitation routes will be collected on Tuesday. Tuesday and Wednesday routes will both be collected on Wednesday. View the full 2026 City Holiday Closings and Revised Sanitation Schedules here.

🧥 A reminder that the Statesville Police Department’s Junior Ambassadors are collecting new and gently used coats for the Warm Hearts Coat Drive through January 23, 2026. Donations can be dropped off at SPD Headquarters, located at 300 South Tradd Street. Learn more here.
