October 1 Road Closure: Brookdale Dr from Oakdale Dr to the IMH Emergency Department Entrance

As part of the Water Line Replacement Project, Brookdale Drive from Oakdale Drive to the IMH Emergency Department Entrance will be temporarily closed from October 1 to October 3.

Detour Route for Northbound Traffic

For vehicles traveling north on Brookdale Drive attempting to continue toward Carolina Avenue:

1. From Brookdale Drive, turn left onto Hartness Road.
2. Continue on Hartness Road and turn right onto Woods Drive.
3. Proceed on Woods Drive and turn right onto Carolina Avenue.

Additional Information

• Access to local properties and the hospital’s Emergency Department will be maintained where possible, but expect delays in the immediate area.
• Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead, follow posted detour signs, and allow extra travel time.
• As with all construction projects, schedules may change due to weather or unforeseen conditions.
