Legal Notice: Public Hearing - Proposed Text Amendment to Floodplain Development Permit – August 18, 2025

LEGAL NOTICE

To the General Public and Particularly the Citizens of the Statesville Planning Jurisdiction you will take notice:

That the City Council of the City of Statesville will hold and conduct a public hearing on the 18th day of August 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall, 227 South Center Street, Statesville, North Carolina, for the purpose of considering the proposed case as follows:

• TA25-03 Floodplain Development Permit: Text Amendment to the Unified Development Code filed by City of Statesville Engineering Department, to amend Appendix A, Article, II, Part 2, Section 2.25 Flood Development Permit.
