Power outages happen - whether from cars hitting poles, squirrels causing mischief, or trees falling during storms. But what if you could know exactly when your electricity will be restored without making a single phone call?

If you’re a City of Statesville Electric Utility customer, we have exciting news!

𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 is preparing to roll out a brand-new 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 (𝐎𝐌𝐒) coming Fall 2025 – and it’s going to be a game-changer in how we keep you informed during power outages.

𝐎𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐠𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭:

• A real-time power outage map
• Text notifications with outage details and restoration updates
• Faster, more transparent communication

But before we launch, we need your help! Step 1 starts now. We need your current phone number and email address to ensure you receive alerts and updates.

• Visit www.statesvillenc.net and click “𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐌𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨” under 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐬. You’ll need your utility billing number to complete the form.
• Or call Customer Service at 704-878-3564 and select Option 7.
• Update your information in person when you visit Customer Service to pay your bill.

Update your information today so you’re ready for Fall 2025! This is just the beginning of a smarter, more connected future with 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫.
