Notes & Achievements:

  • In collaboration with the Statesville Police Department, the Public Safety Academy started
  • SFD hosted the Regional Fire Chiefs' meeting at Station 1
  • SFD received City Council approval to order a new engine
  • Chief & Deputy Chief conducted multiple meetings with all personnel focused on survey results to support future planning for the Department
  • Placed Ventilation Unit into service (Vent1)
  • Assisted with Special Olympics
