On Thursday, November 13, 2025, the City of Statesville Customer Service Office will again have a delayed opening due for staff training. The department will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on this day. Residents are reminded that they are still be able to make payments using one of the following convenient options:
