Detailed review: I recently moved to Texas and needed to find a vet ASAP since I’m flying out of state at the end of the month. I wanted to get sedatives for my puppy and make sure her vaccines were current, but since I haven’t established care with a vet here yet, I was kind of scrambling. A friend recommended this place, and so far, the experience has been great. I haven’t had my actual appointment yet (I’ll update after), but I had to share how amazing the scheduling process was. I called in for a last-minute appointment and spoke with Ariel—she was incredible. Honestly, some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. She was kind, calm, and answered every one of my (many) questions without hesitation or judgment. Everything felt clear and professional from the jump. I was also relieved to find out they offer Saturday appointments. I work Monday through Friday, so that flexibility is huge for me. Ariel told me the check-in fee is $40 and the rabies vaccine is about $15—super reasonable pricing, which makes it easier to stay on top of my pup’s care. Feeling a lot better going into this trip now.
