Dr. Samuel Inkumsah Joins Iredell Physician Network

Iredell Health System is proud to announce the addition of Dr. Samuel Inkumsah to the Iredell Physician Network.

Inkumsah, a board-certified family medicine physician, has nearly two decades of experience in family medicine. He received his medical education from Ross University School of Medicine and completed residency at the University of Minnesota. He was drawn to Iredell Health System for its long-standing reputation in the community and its physician support. Inkumsah is beloved by the Statesville community for his extraordinary attention to detail and genuine care for the health of his patients.

“Patients can expect a respectful physician who takes their time with each patient,” said Inkumsah. “My approach to medical care is holistic with a desire to understand my patients’ needs both physically and emotionally. Mankind is spirit, soul, and body. All areas need to be taken care of for wholeness. I chose family medicine to care for the entire family.”

Outside of medicine, Inkumsah is happily married with four children. He loves soccer and is active in his church.
