Congratulations, Bria & Andy!

It is with a sense of pride that I announce effective May 1, 2023, Bria Argrett, will be promoted from Assistant General Manager to General Manager of Statesville Country Club. Bria has been active in the Club industry for the past fifteen years. She began her professional career in the hospitality industry at Rock Barn Country Club & Spa in 2008 where she served in the Events and Membership Departments. In 2013, Bria moved to Statesville Country Club, and was later promoted in 2017 to Assistant General Manager. She has earned this promotion by successfully and consistently demonstrating the leadership, organizational, management, communication, and personal relations skills to be a successful club manager. In addition to participating in several Business Management Institute programs for club industry professionals, she has recently completed the requirements to earn her Certified Club Managers program later this year.

I am also happy to announce that in addition to his responsibilities as Director of Golf, Andy Zachowicz is being promoted to Assistant General Manager. Andy has worked in the golf industry since 2005 and began Rock Barn in 2015 as the Head Professional. He then moved to Statesville as the Director of Golf in 2020. During his time at Statesville, Andy has done an outstanding job growing and coordinating member golf events, expanding programs for junior golfers, enhancing the overall golf experience at Statesville. Andy’s “can do” attitude and “never met a stranger” personality make him uniquely qualified to assume these additional responsibilities.

I have watched Bria and Andy grow personally and professionally over the past few years and have full confidence in their abilities to assume their new roles and responsibilities.
