Iredell COAST announces plans to support Iredell Children and Seniors for Christmas; Seeks Applicants for New Program

The Iredell Community Outreach Association (COAST) is pleased to announce plans to support Iredell County area children and senior adults this winter with our Community Christmas Program. The Iredell COAST is asking for the publics help in spreading the word about this program. Beginning today, interested parties may apply to receive free Christmas gifts from the Iredell COAST. Interested parties may apply online at http://www.IredellCOAST.com. The Iredell COAST Board of Directors will place the children and senior adult names on ornaments and hang them in their Resale Shop, located at 625 Sullivan Rd, for the public to see, beginning November 1, 2021.

Community members may take as many ornaments as they please and will shop for particular items listed on the ornament, wrap the gifts, and return then before December 11th to the Iredell COAST to be distributed. Donations for this program will be accepted daily at the Iredell COAST Resale Shop, and will be used to purchase gifts for the children and senior adult names remaining on the tree. Iredell COAST will distribute gifts in time for Christmas and will document the cheer for donors to see.
