We are professionals committed to improving the quality of life for Iredell County citizens by facilitating a cohesive system of care to address the well-being of our citizens from birth to the end of life. The group is open to anyone that is responsible for meeting the health and well-being needs of Iredell citizens. Professional in the medical, social work, case management, health, community services and allied fields are welcome to join our group.
