About the Chamber

Mission Statement

The Greater Statesville Chamber of Commerce is an advocate for our members and our community on business-related issues and participates in inititiaves that positively affect the quality of life in our community.

What is the Chamber of Commerce?

The Greater Statesville Chamber of Commerce is an association of nearly two thousand business people and professionals who seek to improve and maintain the economic well being and quality of life in our community. We represent every type and size of business imaginable. All of which have joined together to build a brighter future. Through this association, business people like yourself, invest their time, talents and financial support to implement our action plan.

Our membership programs and benefits are coordinated by the chamber staff and the volunteer work of hundreds of professional people who see great return on their membership investment. These efforts are categorized into five specific divisions to best meet our goals each year. These goals are re-evaluated and enhanced at an annual planning retreat open to all members.

The Chamber of Commerce is not a department of the city, county,
state or federal government; is not a civic club or professional society.
It is not a social service, welfare or charitable institution; and the Chamber is not a private advertising, publicity or public relations agency.
